Local is a constraint, not a doorway farm

We will not help you generate 10,000 thin city pages. One pack that names the real patch — Leeds, or Hanover in Brighton, or the Aire Valley — is the unit of work. Models have seen the doorway pattern and treat it as spam.

The form asks for town or area on purpose. That field becomes areaServed, part of the slug, and the backbone of the FAQs ('Who can do this in [town]?').

What local packs contain

A factual summary, a services list in the language you use on the van, differentiators that are not superlatives, and eight to twelve FAQs written as people ask ChatGPT at unsociable hours. JSON-LD uses LocalBusiness or ProfessionalService as appropriate.

A contact form stores the lead and emails the owner when an address is known. Free pages carry a small badge; paid one-pack and Pro pages do not.

Related hubs

If you already know the trade, start on /for/plumbers or another hub. Those pages pre-fill the category and speak to that market. This tool is the generic local entry.
