What 'citation page' means here
It is not a tracker of whether ChatGPT mentioned you yesterday. We do not run multi-engine monitoring. It is a primary source: a public HTML article plus llms.txt plus FAQ schema, hosted at a URL that stays put.
The FAQ block is written as people actually prompt ('Who is the best emergency plumber in Leeds at 2am?') and answered without inventing a ranking. That shape is closer to how retrieval works than a slogan H1.
What you should still do yourself
Keep a real website. Earn mentions on other sites if you can. Submit the sitemap. None of that is replaced by an AI Page. This product fills the gap where the firm has a pretty site and zero machine-readable brief.
If you operate in a regulated field, read the generated answers before you remove the badge. Edit anything that overreaches. The dashboard editor is there for that.
